When and where is The Summoning? +
The Summoning takes place on July 18, 2026 at St Clair College, Main Campus - 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
How much are tickets? +
Early bird tickets are $12 and available now through July 17. VIP tickets are $50. Day-of tickets are $15 at the door. Kids 12 and under get in free with general admission (VIP excluded).
Where can I buy tickets? +
Tickets are available online through our website and in-person at the door.
Are kids welcome? +
Absolutely! The Summoning is family friendly. Children 12 and under receive free general admission. We have dedicated games and activities suitable for younger attendees.
Do I need to sign up for individual events? +
Your ticket gets you general admission to the entire convention. Specific events, tournaments, and activities have separate free sign-up pages so we can manage capacity. Just register for the ones you want to attend.
What should I bring? +
Bring yourself and your enthusiasm! You're welcome to bring your own board games, card games, and RPG materials. We also have an extensive board game library you can borrow from all day. If you're into miniature wargaming, bring your army.
Is there parking? +
Yes -free on-site parking is available at St Clair College. The venue is also accessible via Windsor Transit bus routes.
Is the venue accessible? +
Yes. The second floor of the venue has elevator access. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there food available? +
Food trucks will be on-site so you can grab a bite without leaving the convention. Details on which food trucks will be announced closer to the event. If you run a food operation and want to vend, submit the Food Vendor Application.
Can I cosplay? +
Yes — cosplay is encouraged. See the Cosplay page for contest categories, rules, and photography details, or go straight to the Cosplay Contest application.
How do I become a vendor? +
Applications are open. Submit the Vendor Application if you sell games, art, crafts, merch, or handle information-only displays. For food trucks, caterers, bakers and prepared-food sellers, use the Food Vendor Application. See the Vendors page for more context.
